| #1 | I would like to account for the LF of bottom plates that are subtracted from the wall framing at door openings when I run a BOM report for wall framing material. Typically, walls and wall panels are constructed with continuous bottom plates through the door openings. The plates are cut away after the walls are standing and anchored to the foundation. As an estimator, this LF is important for accurate material takeoffs. Do you have any recommendations for accounting for this required framing material? __________________ http://quantitytakeoff.com/ |

| #2 | Raise your threshold by .25" on your doors. You will have to remove the sills and cripples it puts in but this will run the plate under your dooors.
Thanks

Amazingly Simple Solution. I added the 1/4" Threshold Height from the "VRezDoorAdd" command line. This maintains the 1/4" threshold height for all doors to follow. Thank You Scott!
